• All intellectual property rights, including copyrights in the songs and recordings created by Craft My Song, remain the exclusive property of Craft My Song unless a separate written agreement transfers ownership or grants additional rights.
• Upon purchase, you receive a license for personal, non-commercial use of the finished song.
• You may share your song with friends and family, but unauthorised commercial use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited without prior written permission.

5. User Submissions and Content

• You are responsible for providing accurate, original, and legally permissible content for your song (including stories, lyrics, memories, images, and other materials).
• Craft My Song is not responsible for verifying ownership or rights for user-submitted content.
• You agree to indemnify and hold Craft My Song harmless from any claims arising from your submissions.

7. Limitation of Liability
